As a naturopathic doctor, I focus on supporting you in claiming your best, most vibrant health through a plan tailor-made to your needs. Naturopathic medicine is not a quick fix, and that’s a good thing—quick fixes usually have quick lifespans. If you want deep, lasting change in your life, it comes with a clear and individualized plan for your health, sustained lifestyle changes, and a willingness to embrace who you really are: a confident, healthy person ready to live their best life. Here’s how we can work together to make that happen:
Naturopathic Medicine Consultations with Dr. Alison Finger, ND, a licensed naturopathic doctor, can be conducted in person or virtually via phone or a secure telehealth platform. Our services don’t go through insurance, and payments are due at the time of service. You can always check with your healthcare insurance carrier to see if you can submit for reimbursement after your consultation. All of our services are designed with your privacy and confidentiality in mind, so that you can feel confident being part of our community.
The first time we meet, our focus will be on gaining a complete understanding of where you are with your health, establishing a clear vision of what goals you would like to achieve, and developing an individualized plan with next steps to help you achieve your health goals.
Initial consultations are 90 minutes, and include:
The investment for an initial consultation is $395; please note that testing and supplements are not included in this price and are billed separately.
Once we have the personalized plan for your health established, our focus in follow up consultations is to check in with that plan, assess your progress, and correct course if needed so you can stay on track for your long-term health goals.
Follow up consultations are 45 minutes, and include:
The investment for a follow up consultation is $199; please note that testing and supplements are not included in this price and are billed separately.
Not all supplements are created equal, and when it comes to the vitamins, herbs, and minerals you’re taking to support your health, quality and safety are top priorities. That’s why I established our Apothecary, which you can access in our office or through our online dispensary called Fullscript.
The Apothecary is an expertly curated collection of supplements I’ve assembled over years of seeking the highest quality, safest, and most effective products. I’ve evaluated their active ingredients as well as fillers, checking for dyes and preservatives, and made sure that the herbs, minerals, homeopathics, and vitamins I am offering my clients are pharmaceutical grade supplements.
Essential oils are a great addition to the plan we establish for your health, and I recommend them often in concert with other modalities. Many of my clients use medicinal herbs in other forms, like a liquid tincture or capsule, and essential oils provide another avenue to benefit from those healing properties.
Essential oils have the added benefit of going through our olfactory nerve, which means they can reach and affect our brain within 30 seconds of smelling them. Because our sense of smell is so strongly linked to our emotions, essential oils are very effective in emotional work. Beyond emotional balance, essential oils are supportive for many things from beauty and dietary purposes to mental emotional and physical use.

I recommend Young Living essential oils because I trust their quality. Young Living has a “seed to seal” approach, which means they carefully regulate and maintain the highest standards of quality through the whole lifecycle of the product, from choosing non-GMO seeds and growing their crops without chemicals, to observing best practices for harvesting and distilling.
